Shipping & Returns


Delivery
Normally, all orders are dispatched between 2 to 3 working days once the order is processed and the address verification is complete, any delays in these processes may delay delivery times. Product availability will also have an effect on delivery, of a couple of days or longer. In case of a longer delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Once your order has been despatched, your order status will be updated and an email will be sent to you confirming the date that your order has been shipped and containing the tracking number of the package where applicable (very small packages will not have a tracking number). You may also view these details by logging into your account and checking your order status.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our central distribution centre located in Hong Kong and are sent via airmail as standard. Speedpost (Express Mail Service) is also available at an additional cost. Please send us an e-mail at sales@euroradiosales.com if you wish to upgrade to this postal method.

Shipping Times

Shipping times to the Europe and US, can take 5 to 20 working days, these time exclude public Holidays. All other location may take longer.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking number will be given on all order valued over 15.00 GBP.


Warranty

All products purchased from Euroradiosales are supplied with a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty (unless stated differently at time of purchase) covering parts and labour. Your product will be covered against any faults from the date of delivery however this warranty will NOT cover misuse, neglect or accidental damage. Returns/Exchanges

Damaged Returns
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged when delivered, please contact us via email immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) quoting your order reference and details of the problem.

Defective Returns
We will exchange the order (in part or full) as soon as the goods have been received and inspected. All returned goods must be sent via either registered airmail or courier. The customer agrees to forward us a copy of the postage receipt by either email or fax containing the tracking number.

If the product is faulty 7 days after delivery but within the manufacturers guarantee we will repair it free of charge, provided the item has not been subjected to miss-use, neglect or accidental damage. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please ensure the goods are in the original packaging and packed safely when returning. After inspection, if the goods returned are found not be faulty or in "as new" condition, we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
