Terms & Conditions of Product Sale
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all orders placed on our website. We have tried to keep these simple but in case of any queries please contact sales@euroradiosales.com Product Pricing All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description. If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re-submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by email. Any product availability information supplied on our website is an estimate only.
Payment
All prices shown on our web site are duty free and will be dispatched as “gifts” and are in United States Dollar (USB). Purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or any major Debit Cards via our secure payment providers i.e., PayPal (worldwide). We also accept eCheques (via PayPal), UK cheques, UK postal orders and bank transfers (upon request and at an additional fee to cover our bank charges). For any other payment methods, please contact us first at sales@euroradiosales.com.
We make use of secure payment pages which have been offered to us by our Payment Service Providers PayPal, 2Checkout, Moneybookers. These payment pages are all secured via SSL certificates.
All orders placed using payment methods other than PayPal or Nochex are subject to clearance by the bank. Euroradiosales Limited will not be liable if your order is delayed due to these clearance times (UK cheques normally take between 5 to 7 working days to clear from the date of receipt). Orders will only be shipped out to the address registered with either PayPal. If you need the products to go to an alternative address, we would have to receive written authorization from the PayPal registered account holder. If using a payment method other than PayPal, we will only ship out to the address of the cardholder. In certain cases, we might have to request additional security questions/documentation before we ship to an alternate address.
If you make a payment using your credit card, on your credit card statement, a purchase made on our website will normally be shown as "euroradiosales.com" or "euroradiosales" dependant on the Payment Service Provider you have chosen.
Delivery
Normally, all orders are dispatched between 2 to 3 working days once the order is processed and the address verification is complete, any delays in these processes may delay delivery times. Product availability will also have an effect on delivery, of a couple of days or longer. In case of a longer delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our central distribution centre located in Hong Kong and are sent via airmail as standard. Speedpost (Express Mail Service) or DHL is also available at an additional cost. Please send us an e-mail at sales@euroradiosales.com if you wish to upgrade to this postal method.
Shipping Times
Shipping times to the Europe and US, can take 5 to 20 working days, these time exclude public Holidays. All other location may take longer.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking number will be given on all order valued over 15.00 GBP.
International Duty / Tax Laws
Euroradiosales Limited is registered in Gibraltar, which is within the European Union "EU" but is not part of the Customs Union therefore, no VAT is payable in Gibraltar. Most of our goods are shipped directly from our distribution centre located in Hong Kong, a non EU country. In light of this, none of the prices on our site include VAT nor possible customs import duty/tax. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether any VAT or import duty/tax is due to be payable in the country of destination. Any VAT and/or customs import duty/tax will be payable by the recipient of the goods, Euroradiosales Limited will not hold themselves responsible for any VAT and/or customs import duty/tax payable in the country of destination of the goods.
Licensing
Some of the items sold by Euroradiosales Limited, particularly transmitters, require an operating licence. It is an offence in some countries to radiate electro magnetic waves at certain frequencies without a licence. It is the customer's responsibility to check the relevant laws, regulations and directives regarding licensing before operating any goods purchased from Euroradiosales Limited. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Euroradiosales Limited, it's employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including but without limitation to legal and accounting fees, resulting from the improper or unlawful use of goods purchased from Euroradiosales Limited. Warranty All products purchased from Euroradiosales Limited are supplied with a 1 Year manufacturer's warranty (unless stated differently at time of purchase) covering parts and labour. Your product will be covered against any faults from the date of delivery however this warranty will NOT cover misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
Returns/Exchanges
Damaged Returns
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged when delivered, please contact us via email immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) quoting your order reference and details of the problem. Defective Returns We will exchange the order (in part or full) as soon as the goods have been received and inspected. All returned goods must be sent via either registered airmail or courier. The customer agrees to forward us a copy of the postage receipt by either email or fax containing the tracking number. If the product is faulty 7 days after delivery but within the manufacturers guarantee we will repair it free of charge, provided the item has not been subjected to miss-use, neglect or accidental damage. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please ensure the goods are in the original packaging and packed safely when returning. After inspection, if the goods returned are found not be faulty or in "as new" condition, we will charge delivery costs for returning them back to you.
Law
Any sale made by Euroradiosales Limited is to be governed solely by Gibraltar law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
Data Protection
We will not email you in the future unless we have your consent. If you don't want any future emails from us, please do not tick the mailing list box. Your email address will not be passed to third parties.
FM Transmitters
Due to UK Law we are unable to ship any FM transmitter which covers 87.5 to 108 MHz, to the UK. If Euroradiosales Limited does receive such an order, this will be refunded.
FM transmitter may require a licence to own and operate; Euroradiosales advises legal advice should be taken before a purchase is made.
If any of the above equipment is impounded by customs, Euroradiosales Limited will not refund any such order.
